A delicious marinade
For a delicious marinade combine 1 cup Campbell's Real Stock with crushed garlic, grated lemon zest, chopped oregano leaves and chopped chilli. Add meat or poultry and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight. Then panfry, grill or bbq meat or poultry until cooked through.
